Mr.Hu graduated from Chemical and Mechanical Engineering Department of Nanchang University in 1982, and received his master's degree in Mechanics from Beijing Aeronautics and Astronautics University in 1986. He then worked as a lecturer in the mechanical engineering department for Jingdezhen Ceramics College. He started his IP career in 1993 and qualified as an attorney-at-law. He has rich experience in handing patent affairs in China including in drafting patent application documents, in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, in handling cases of patent reexamination and invalidation, and IP-related administrative litigation and infringement litigation. He also dealed with a large number of trademark and copyright affairs in China.
Ms. Sun Jiemin

Ms.Sun graduated from the dynamical and Mechanical Department of Xian Jiaotong University in 1982. She then went to Italy to study industry production design. She started her IP career with China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. in 1989 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 1990. Ms.Sun received the patent attorney researcher title which was approved by China's national patent office in 1992. She joined KHIPA in 2000. She has rich experience in handing IP affairs in China including patent application, trademark registration and copyright register.

Ms.Cai joined KHIPA in 2000. She has rich experience in trademark affairs in China, including trademark registration, demurrer, rehear, alienation, infringement litigation and other legal affairs. Mr.Wu is an electric engineer and joined the China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. in 1984, worked as manager of Physics and electrics Department, for the same year she qualified as an attorney-at-law.1996 to 1998, he joined Shenzhen Huawei Technology Co., Ltd ,worked as a patent researcher in the patent management Department. In essence, intellectual property is a term referring to intangible
